Ulti Group Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

     

    1. Eligibility: The Ulti Group Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of New Zealand and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Ulti Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

    2. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on April 30, 2024, and ends on June 30, 2024. Entries must be received before the closing date to be eligible.

    3. Entry Method: To enter, individuals must book and attend a morning tea appointment with a member of the Ulti Group team during the Giveaway period.

    4. Prize: The prize consists of an Ulti Pack. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

    5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The drawing will take place after the closing date, on or around July 1, 2024.

    6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email and/or text message within five business days after the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within seven days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

    7. Limitation of Entries: Only one entry per company is permitted. Multiple entries from the same company will be disqualified.

    8. Privacy: All personal information collected from participants will be used and protected in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act.

    9. Marketing Consent: By participating in the Giveaway, participants consent to be contacted by Ulti Group’s marketing team for potential content opportunities related to the Giveaway.

    10. General Conditions: Ulti Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Ulti Group, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
