When checking your cold store, pay close attention to:
- Up under the lintel
- Along the walls and across the ceiling
- Around the sides of doors
- At the base of the legs frame
- Along the sides and bottom of rapid doors, especially if sealing isn’t quite right.
Ice often forms in these areas due to air leaks, damaged seals, or temperature differences – and it can build up slowly over time.
