The Dok-Guardian safety barrier is the best personnel and machinery safety barrier for drop-offs around your facility. We recently received a new video from our suppliers, Rite Hite, for this fantastic safety barrier, and wanted to share it with you - so here it is!

The Dok-Guardian safety barrier is a simple, removable, easy-to-use safety barrier which helps prevent forklifts, pallet jacks, and pedestrians from falling off loading docks.

It takes years of research to learn what it takes to make the workplace safer. Therefore Ulti Group became the exclusive supplier in New Zealand for Rite Hite, a world leading manufacturer of workplace safety equipment, to help facilities in New Zealand enhance their safety measures on site. Rite Hite’s solutions are tested, proven and performance rated. That’s the science of safety.

An open loading dock door is a potential hazard in the workplace. Rite Hite offers simple, easy-to-use safety solutions for almost any loading dock. Available in two models, Dok-Guardian barriers  are designed to protect both employees and equipment, the base models can handle uploads of up to 14,000kg.

When space is tight, the Dok-Guardian can share one or more side members, and also can be interlocked with a vehicle restraint to provide a sequence of operation and ensure full time dock safety.

The Dok-Guardian LD

The Dok-Guardian LD safety barrier is a light duty retractable safety barrier, designed to withstand only small bumps, knocks and impacts. It helps prevent carts, pedestrians and non-motorised lift trucks from falling off the dock.
