Installation Day Insights

On the installation day, our team came prepared with detailed planning and all necessary tools. Here’s a step-by-step look at the process:

1. Preparation and Safety First:
   • The team began by ensuring they were equipped with the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, earmuffs, gloves, high-visibility vests, and safety shoes.
   • With shop drawings in hand, they performed ground level checks to ensure a perfect fit for the installation.
2. Setting Up the Framework:
   • The initial setup involved securing the legs and kickbacks.
   • Following this, the springs and shafts were installed, providing the structural backbone for the door.
3. Motor and Panels Installation:
   • The Pro Line motor was connected, ensuring a strong and consistent power supply.
   • Panels were then installed sequentially from the bottom up, ensuring a precise and secure fit.

3. Customisable Finish:

• The steel panels feature a Stucco finish with horizontal lines on both the inside and outside. The outer skin can be finished in a RAL colour of your choice, allowing for customization to match your facility’s aesthetics.

4. Advanced Safety Features:

• The door includes a light curtain that detects any obstruction and stops the door immediately, reversing its direction to prevent accidents.
• A manual chain mechanism allows for manual operation in the event of a power outage, ensuring continuous functionality.

• The door’s legs extend from the ground up, providing solid support.
• Kickbacks and springs ensure that the panels are pushed back securely.
• The shaft, running across the top, connects seamlessly to the motor, which operates on a 230-volt single-phase power supply.
• Bottom panels feature see-through windows, enhancing visibility and safety.
