At CoolPak Coolstores, managing freezer space is critical, especially when it involves storing temperature-sensitive products for export. They have strict requirements to keep their freezers at or below -25°C to maintain the quality of their products. Prior to contacting us, they were experiencing significant operational challenges in their staging room—a high-traffic area where products were prepped for transport. Frequent ice buildup was creating safety risks for forklift operators and resulting in extended defrost cycles that wasted energy and compromised temperature consistency.
