Ulti Group Contributes to Two Award-Winning New Zealand Developments
Two of New Zealand’s most significant recent commercial developments, the IKEA Auckland Stroe and DHL Supply Chain’s purpose-built Auckland Airport facility, were recognised at the 2026 Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards. We’re proud to have supported both projects with specialist door and dock loading solutions designed to keep goods moving safely and efficiently.
The IKEA Auckland Store was recognised with the Yardi Retail Property Award, while DHL Supply Chain’s purpose-built Auckland Airport facility took home the CBRE Industrial Property Award.

Keeping Goods Moving at IKEA and DHL
A retail store and a logistics hub run on different rhythms, but both depend on doors and dock equipment that hold up under daily use.
At IKEA Auckland, stock moves constantly between the warehouse and shop floor. At DHL’s Auckland Airport facility, freight moves in and out around the clock. In both cases, a door or dock fault in the wrong spot can slow down everything behind it.
