Celebrating 30 Years of Ulti Group: A Journey of Innovation and Excellence
Ulti Group has turned 30! 🎉 Growing from the back shed at home, to being the leading provider of specialist doors and dock loading systems for cold storage, food processing and logistic facilities in New Zealand, this truly is a milestone that we could not have achieved without the support of our loyal customers, dedicated team, and trusted partners. So we wanted to thank you all!
To mark this occasion, we have celebrated with our team, customers, and the wider community in various ways. We hosted customer lunches across the country to show our appreciation and gratitude for their continued business and feedback. Sticking with our tradition of a Ulti Charity Day Off, we also dedicated work to charity, giving our team a paid day to help a charity of their choice. The team supported charities such as Blindness Low Vision NZ, SPCA NZ, Rotokare Scenic Reserve, Christchurch City Mission, and many more across NZ.
We believe in giving back to the community, and this is an important part of our culture and values.
But that’s not all…Our team are the backbone of Ulti Group, so we celebrated our multicultural team with a culture lunch celebrating the different ethnicities in the team , and gave them the opportunity to relax and recharge with their loved ones with an extra paid day off on the Friday before Labour Day Public Holiday to create an even longer long weekend. We also rolled out our new-look polo shirts you’ll start to see the team wearing.
We are grateful for the trust and confidence that our customers have placed in us over the past 30 years. We are also thankful for the hard work and dedication of our team, who have made Ulti Group what it is today. And we are excited for the future, as we continue to innovate and excel in providing industrial doors and dock loading systems for New Zealand.
