The all new FRP Hygiene Hinged Fire Doors
Ulti Group’s latest door system added to our extensive range is the FRP Hinged Fire Doors. These meet over 90 independent tested specifications compliant with worldwide regulations, including being certified to New Zealand standards. Our fire rated door systems provide up to 240 minutes of fire resistance.
Unique to Ulti Group, a concealed intumescent strip is built into the door during the manufacturing process. This maintains a smooth, seamless profile ensuring that there are no seams or ledges where dirt and germs can gather. The intumescent strip is activated by the heat of a fire and expands to create a sealed fire door.
ULTRA CLEAN Completely smooth and seamless gelcoat finish which is non-porous and non-shedding. Free from organic materials, ledges, recesses or right angles, for flawless hygiene.
FIRE & HEAT RESISTANT Designed, tested and certified to meet the most stringent fire certifications. Completely heat resistant and designed to withstand areas with high humidity and extreme temperatures.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:
DOORBLADE Seamless fiberglass encapsulating a non-organic, high density mineral or concrete fire core. Total thickness: 40mm. Moisture absorption: zero. Fire rated doors and frame construction conforms to fire standards of Australian & New Zealand AS 1905.1
FRAMES ■ Available in 2 frame types: fiber reinforced polyester or stainless steel. ■ Seamless glass fiber reinforced polyester with insert for screw fixing direct to structure. ■ Alternative stainless steel frames for fixing to installation panel and blockwork. Doors can be supplied for fixing to clients’ own frames. ■ Available with/without smoke seals.
FINISH ■ Easy to clean, maintenance-free, smooth, non porous, fire retardant, gelcoat surface with built-in choice of 20 colors. ■ Available with antibacterial protection. ■ Designed to withstand all typical cleaning methods including hydrogen peroxide.
