What exactly is Ulti Care?

Ulti Care is a proactive service partnership. Instead of waiting for a breakdown, we actively maintain your doors and dock systems to reduce unexpected downtime, extend the life of your assets, and give you absolute certainty over your maintenance budget.

 

What are the different Ulti Care plans?

Every facility is different, which is why we offer three flexible service tiers:

  • Ulti Care Support: A flexible, on-demand service. You simply call us when you need us, with no commitments. Best for smaller sites with occasional service needs.
  • Ulti Care Protect: A proactive plan featuring locked-in service pricing and scheduled maintenance. Ideal for sites wanting predictable costs.
  • Ulti Care Shield: Our premium partnership tier offering advanced support, including 24/7 technical assistance and annual asset reviews for Capex planning. Designed for high-dependency operations where uptime is critical.

 

Do I need to sign a contract?

Not necessarily!

  • If you choose our Support tier, there are no contracts or lock-in commitments.
  • If you opt for the Protect or Shield tiers, you will enter a 12, 24, or 36-month agreement. This allows us to guarantee your locked-in service pricing and actively manage your service schedule for you.

 

What actually happens during a service visit?

When our expert technicians visit your site, they don’t just do a quick visual check. During a standard service, we will:

  • Thoroughly inspect and service your equipment.
  • Fix minor issues on the spots.
  • Identify any major concerns.
  • Provide a professional post-service report detailing the exact condition of your assets and any recommended actions.

 

What do you mean by “minor issues corrected”?

To save you the hassle of a secondary call-out, we resolve small faults right then and there during your scheduled service. This includes making adjustments, tightening components, or replacing small wear parts to keep your equipment running smoothly.

If we identify a larger, major issue, we will document the problem and provide a prompt quotation so you can plan the repair without any unexpected disruptions.

 

What is “proactive scheduling”?

With a Protect or Shield plan, you never have to remember when your doors are due for a service. Proactive scheduling means we manage your maintenance calendar for you. We will contact you and book your visits in advance, ensuring your assets are always serviced exactly when they need to be.

 

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. As your business grows and your operational needs evolve, your Ulti Care plan can be easily reviewed and adjusted to ensure you are always getting the right level of support.
