Vitaco have recently undergone a new build in East Tamaki, Auckland and Ulti Group were privileged to be a part of this project.
Ulti Group assisted with the design through to installation of various accessway solutions. These included:
Ulti Komby
Ulti Roll Plus
Ulti Roll Spiral
Ulti Barrier Arm
The unique feature around this project was the interlock between the Ulti Barrier Arms and the Ulti Spiral Doors. The Ulti Barrier Arms were installed in front of the Ulti Spirals, with two trigger points.
Two Ground Loops were installed per opening. These were staggered from the opening and used as the activation’s for both the Spiral and Barrier Arm. The first ground loop would activate the Ulti Spiral, then the second ground loop would activate the Ulti Barrier Arm, allowing for traffic to then pass through the opening.
This was designed as an extra precaution to reduce the chances of impacting the Ulti Spiral.
